Senior Team Leader - Residential Children?s Home

An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Team Leader to join a well-established care provider known for delivering high-quality residential support for young people within a nurturing, well-structured environment.

As a Senior Team Leader, you will provide day-to-day leadership within a residential setting, supporting staff, maintaining care standards, safeguarding children, and ensuring smooth operational delivery.

This role offers a salary range of £33,300 - £35,000 plus £55 per sleep ins and benefits.

You will be responsible for:

? Leading, motivating and supporting a team to deliver high-quality care
? Allocating tasks and ensuring effective shift coordination
? Providing supervision, guidance and performance feedback to staff
? Overseeing daily operations and escalating issues where required
? Supporting staff development through coaching and mentoring
? Promoting positive behaviour support approaches within the home
? Ensuring safeguarding procedures are followed at all times
? Supporting compliance with health & safety and risk management processes


What we are looking for

? Previously worked as a Senior Team Leader, Senior Residential Support Worker, Care Team leader, Care Supervisor, Junior Home manager, Junior Care manager, or in a similar role
? Level 3 Children, Young People & Families Practitioner (Residential) or equivalent
? Experience in a supervisory or leadership capacity within residential care
? Flexible, resilient approach with strong organisational skills
? Commitment to high standards of care and professional practice
