Property Manager - Lettings

An opportunity has arisen for a Lettings Property Manager to join a well-established company offering estate agency, letting, legal, and mortgage services, alongside regulated support for buying, selling, and property management.

As a Lettings Property Manager, you will be managing a portfolio of residential properties while providing a reliable service to landlords and tenants.

This role offers a minimum salary of £26,000 (DOE) and benefits.

You will be responsible for:

? Managing a portfolio of residential properties and acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants.
? Responding to tenant enquiries, complaints and property-related matters in a timely manner.
? Arranging maintenance and repair work with approved contractors.
? Instructing contractors, obtaining quotations where necessary and monitoring completed works.
? Managing tenancy administration, including property move-ins, move-outs and tenancy amendments.
? Ensuring properties are managed in line with relevant Scottish legislation and regulatory requirements.
? Keeping property records and management systems accurate and up to date.
? Preparing property reports and providing regular updates to landlords.
? Supporting the wider property management team with day-to-day administrative and operational duties.


The candidates from the following background will be considered:

? Lettings Property Manager, Property Manager, Lettings Manager, Residential Property Manager, Property Management Officer, Tenancy Manager, Portfolio Manager, Lettings Coordinator, Lettings Consultant or in a similar role.


What we are looking for

? 2 years of experience within residential property management, lettings, housing or a related environment.
? Strong understanding of customer service and the ability to build positive relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors.
? Experience managing multiple tasks, prioritising workloads and working to deadlines.
