Parts Advisor

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Parts Advisor to join a well-established car dealership, providing vehicle sales, servicing, repairs and parts support to customers across the region.



As a Parts Advisor, you'll ensure the workshop and customers receive the right parts efficiently, working closely with technicians, suppliers and service teams.

This full-time role offers basic salary of £27,700 with OTE up to £32,000 and benefits.

You will be responsible for:

? Supplying parts to workshop and retail customers.
? Identifying, sourcing and ordering the correct parts.
? Checking availability, costs and expected delivery times.
? Monitoring stock levels and completing regular stock checks.
? Receiving, checking and storing delivered parts correctly.
? Processing invoices and maintaining accurate records.
? Working closely with Service and Sales teams.
? Liaising with suppliers and manufacturers.
? Handling customer enquiries professionally by telephone and face-to-face.
? Maintaining an organised and efficient Parts Department.


The candidates from the following background will be considered:

? Parts Advisor, Parts Adviser, Parts Sales Advisor, Parts Consultant, Parts Specialist or in a similar role.


What we are looking for:

? Approx.

2 years of experience as a Parts Advisor.
? Experience working within a motor trade Parts Department, ideally within a dealership environment
? Strong customer service skills and a professional approach
? Background in using computerised parts and stock management systems; ideally Pinnacle.
? Commercial awareness with the ability to identify opportunities to increase parts sales
? GCSE or equivalent qualification
? A full driving licence
